what a terrible idea.

I’m surprised he didn’t mention the shuffle option where you shake the iPod Nano and it goes to a random song. My ipod from four years ago is fully functional but not very good for using when I exercise or for long international flights, so I might have to get this! I’ve avoided the nano series for a while, but this series has really caught my eye.

Is it just me or does Steve Jobs has a fetish to smaller, thinner ipods? I mean, just look up at how many times he talks in its press conferences about how thin it is.

1. They removed the camera
2. They removed video playback
3. They reduced the screen size
4. They made a widescreen into a square
Someone please explain to me exactly how is this an “improvement” over the 5g nano…
Apple’s gone retard

A SQUARE SCREEN???
Is Apple freakin’ crazy? Which electronic device made in recent history ever came with a square screen?
The new nano is the worst thing to happen to Apple since the original AppleTV…shame on Apple – they just wanna kill the nano market to push people to get the overpriced iPod Touch instead.
The 5th Gen Nano was the best.

September 7th, 2010 at 6:04 am
no video?
September 7th, 2010 at 6:43 am
Oh ya and a third thing I don’t like:
3. Only 3.5 rows are displayed at once since the screen is so small. It will be annoying to scroll through artists.
September 7th, 2010 at 7:30 am
Only 2 things I don’t like:
1. Over priced
2. Is rotating the screen the only use of multitouch? Kind of a joke since Steve hypes it up.
I’m glad they got rid of all the bs features of the 5G. I have a cell phone for that, this is for exercising.

September 7th, 2010 at 9:40 am
Nothing makes me roll my eyes harder then when Apple announces the battery life. Yeah, 24 hours, if you lower the brightness to the extreme minimum and the playback volume is at such a low decibel that only my dog can hear it in a soundproof room. Also, if only one of the headphones works, not both. For the rest of us, it’ll be more like 9-15 hours.
