they placed the camera lens down there because it is to switch to landscape mode when u record a video, not vertically.

if you buy this one in costco it’s only 135 i believe. well lower then how walmart sells it. i have this ipod rite here. it’s alright but i luv the fm radio!!!!!!!!!!!!
