Really, if you’re considering buying one just hold onto your money and check the competition, when you buy an iPod all you are paying for is a brand, some snazzy colours and some fancy white headphones which you can wear so people will know that you own an iPod. This is my third iPod and never again will I buy another, Sony have always had a good reputation I think I’ll try them next. I certainly will not be buying another iPod that’s for sure.

It did come with a USB cable and I use that new one, that’s not a problem, but my old Nano came with a cable that I could plug into the wall which was handy if I was in work and needed to charge it up but the old wall charger will not work on the new iPod Nano.

What do you mean by “It won’t connect to the old ipod’s main charger”? You mean the USB cable that’s used to charge it up if different now and doesn’t connect?

I bought this to replace my older Nano and I’m disappointed with it. The camera lens is in a terrible position at the bottom of the device. I have butter fingers and the rounded edges makes the iPod very slippery in my hand so I could easily drop it. It’s too thin a device to hold comfortably if you are shooting video. This new Nano will not support my old Nano’s mains charger so I have to connect it to my laptop everytime I want to recharge the battery. It’s the last time I will buy an iPod.
