Mrz 19
The good: The third-generation Apple ipod Shuffle is as light as a feather and as small as a paper clip, and it includes voiceover cues, and improved support for podcasts and audiobooks. The bad: You need to operate the Shuffle using a pill-size remote control on your headphones, battery life isn’t great, features are few, and the design is a bit boring. The bottom line: The third-generation ipod Shuffle is the next best thing to an invisible MP3 player, but the quirky controls and microscopic design make it a limited recommendation.

I got mine for running and it’s personalized. I’ve bought it at the apple store and I’ve got it laser-engraved for free! awesome! (they engrave words -like your name, a short message…- on the surface of the clip, wich is shiny, just below the apple logo)

@CooperSnow There should be some converter, which has a cable that goes up to the control panel and a 3.5″ plug.

März 19th, 2010 at 6:14 pm
removing the buttons was a stupid idea. now you cant use any head phones with it. you gotta use apples crap head phone that hurt your ears if you leave them in too long.

Good idea. This thing will likely ‘Float’ to the ground when you drop it, ha ha. I can only buy things with my weekly allowance… and this iPod, starting at 50$ for 2 GB, {500 songs} is good for me. I also came to realize I don’t care if my iPod has a screen, Record players don’t have screens either.

I like the size, but the headphones are the biggest drawback.

Can you drag and drop music from your computer onto the device without having to deal with iTunes?
